Salatiga Inter-Religious Forum for Social Solidarity (FAISSAL)

Think globally act locally. The saying inspires me to think about my Indonesian life. Living a plural society such as Indonesia bring me about a responsibility to be in the front line of laying down a peaceful horizon in my homeland. Therefore, along with my Muslim friends who are now teaching at Salatiga State School for Islamic Studies, we started Salatiga Inter-religious Forum for Social Solidarity. I really enjoy being in the horizon when we can discuss interreligious idea freely as open as possible. In short, we are working for a better future of religious relation in Indonesia, especially in Salatiga. If you interested in such a forum and activity please contact us.
